I'm Novice Tailor. Many of the clothing I can craft requires "Synthetic Cloth" i think is what its called. But it requires a biological item. how do i get those?

Those are BE tissues. I think the FAQs have a list of what BE tissues go into the Synthetic Cloth, and those that go into the Reinforced Fiber Panels.

the bio item is not required, it is a optional slot for the BE tissue to be added.
You do not have to concern yourself with such things yet,
make the SC {synthetic cloth} make your clothes, get comforatble with crafting before worring ove Bio Engineered componants.
