Thread: Best With Armor Wookie Clothing for BE Mods?

I havea cluster of somewhat related questions for wookiees wearing armor. One of my characters is an up and coming MR/MBH/CM 4000. Please don't comment on my choice oftemplate, I only mentioned it here here in the tailor forumto illustrate the role I'm using that character in.


After reading many different sources, it appears that the only workable combination of wookiee clothing/equipment that can be worn with full armor is a bandolier with a single Reinforced Fiber Panel? Is this information correct and current?


So cutting to the bottom line, as a Wookiee wearing full armor,he can only use BE clothing to raise a single stat of the following BE tissue mods by a max of +15?




  • Crystalization Circutry—provides a large bonus to Surveying


  • Scent Neutralization—provides a large bonus to Mask Scent/Camouflage


  • Fear Release—provides a large bonus to Unarmed Damage/Terrain Negotiation


  • Tensile Resistance—provides a large bonus to Ranged/Melee Defense


  • Pathway Agents—provides a large bonus to Healing Efficiency

    • (I included only the major bonuses for the purposes of this discussion.)


    If my research is mistaken, please let me know.


    Follow up question. If the above conclusion is correct, which of the last three (blue) BE mods are most useful for that single piece of clothing, factoring in the availability of SAEs, rings, trinkets, wiorking/broken tissues,etc. In other words, which of those three are the most difficult/expensiveto raise any other way via sockets, etc. and should be raised with a single Bioengineered Reinforced Fiber Panel (RFP)?


    Related question, I think. One of the references indirectly stated that a disadvantage of using a bandalier for a BE RFP, was that you could not equip a backpack. Is that really a disadvantage? In what way is it one? The onlydisadvantageI canforsee is that means you can't use a Jetpack in the future? I'm a loooong ways from a Jetpack....I think....lol. I guess I'm too much of a newbie to see that far into the endgame.

    yes, a bandolier is your only choice. you should be able to find tissues that are more than +15... +18 would be a reasonable max, as it's hard to get everything perfect.

    as for which mods to use, it really depense on personal preference and your own server prices. if you have the money, you can always get one of each and try them out.

    as for disadvantage, no backpack means no extra 49 slots of inventory space. if you don't need the space it's not really a problem for you.
