I would send you an email, but I don't have the time to send one to every Baum Joe on every server. And it would take some time to level a tailor on the server you are on if you are not on mine. But I bet you I make the highest quality ROH of anybody! I can't prove it tho, because I can't experiment on the items, so who knows what quality each item is.

Seriously tho, the best place to find a tailor is either on your server boards, or by looking at the planetary map clothing vendor list and go that route.
