I tried using making some special camos (like I used to be able to do before the patch that killed it) I thought this was supposed to be fixed so I could use BE enhanced RFP in the camos. Those were really nice.

So now that I spent a small fortune on bio stuff, will I loose money by trying to add the factory made bio enhanced syn cloth in the camos as well???

It would be nice to make the form fitting undershirt with the RFP and the camos with RFP and factory syn cloth (medical ones).

Is this possible or will I loose the bonus on the camos?

I can't tell from your question if you're planning to use enhanced RFP and Synth Cloth. However, it doesn't really matter. If you only want the medical buff in the camos then just make sure you use some reinforced fiber panels that were made after the patch. (I also read somewhere that the pre-patch ones will work as long as you take them out of the crate first). I just decided to play it safe and make new synth cloth and reinforced panels in my factory for my stat clothes, and I only use the old ones for regular clothes.

Oh, and it will also work with both tissues having bio-enhancements. For instance, you can make a pair of camos with synth cloth containing the injury/wound tissue and reinforced panels containing camo/mask scent tissues. You will get pants with both stats. I've made several.
