I know I could have posted this on my own galaxy forum but there are too many general topics posted there, and Im sure I would get a quicker answer here. All I'm looking for is a name/names of Master Tailors that can provide bio-enhanced clothing. I've been trying to keep up as best as I can on whats available, I am part of the melee class and I am looking to purchase a reinforced jumpsuit with defense attributes. eg. bleed, stun defense you get the picture.

I dont want any prices posted here, just email me in game or PM me. Just post in-game names here and I will contact when Im online.

Thanks alot everyone,

Sorry, I'm not on your server, so I can't help you out directly, but I can provide you with a bit of information.

Tailors can only add certain enhancements to certain pieces of clothing. The problem is that the enhancements do not go directly into the final schematic, but instead into two of the most common sub-assemblies, Synth Cloth and Reinforced Fiber Panels.

This means that what cloth types the schematic calls for determines what bonuses can be added.

The specific piece of clothing you're looking for - a Reinforced Jumpsuit - takes 6 identical Reinforced Fiber Panels.

This means that first the tailor needs to create a schematic, and then do a factory run of RFPs with whatever bonus you're looking for, consuming a total of 7 (1 for the schematic) BE enhancements. Since most tailors are paying pretty hefty prices for the BE enhancements, this means that the jumpsuit could have a price tag of over 100k (or it could be considerably less if the tailor has a source for cheap BE enhancements... but don't count on it!).

The second issue is that since all 6 of the RFPs have to be identical, you can only get one skill bonus out of this. You mentioned defense bonuses, so you'd be limited to:

+ Bleed Defense (+17 is good, +18 is the best I've heard of)
or
+ Stun Defense / + Melee Defense (they come together on one enhancement. +17/+4 is good, +18/+4 is the best I've heard of - yes, Melee Defense is always much lower)

So if you're dead set on a Reinforced Jumpsuit, it will have only one BE enhancement's worth of bonuses, and be expensive.

But What I would recommend doing is putting together a suit to get more bonuses. For example:

Formfitting Undershirt - 1 type "B" enhancement
Any of several types of shirts - 1 type "A" or type "B" enhancement (you want "B")
Any of a few types of pants or shorts - 1 "A" and 1 "B"
Any bandolier - 1 "B"
Any of a couple or few types of hats - 1 "A"
A Desert Command Jacket, Heavy Reinforced Jacket, or Spec-Ops Duster - 1 "A" and 1 "B"

There are no belts, gloves, jewelry, or footwear that can be enhanced.

I think that's all accurate. I could be off slightly (it may be possible to find a hat that will let you get a type "B" enhancement, for example).

So with an outfit made from those items you could have:

5 "B" enhancements and 3 "A" enhancements.

You could get 8 times as many bonuses for little more than the cost of that single Jumpsuit (most of these items use a single enhanced cloth, and none more than 3).

"A" enhancements are: Dance/Music Healing, and Wound/Injury Treatment

"B" enhacements are: Bleed Defense, Stun/Melee Defense, Camo/Mask Scent, Intimidation/War Cry, Cover, and Taming (I think this is a "B" - I haven't made one). I think I remembered them all.

OK, tired of typing for now

Good luck in your search for a tailor!

Cmon there must someone on the Radiant server.

Wiskie are you there, are you able to make BE clothing yet?

I'm still in testing, but it looks lke even identical components will not allow stacking. I made a jacket that needs 2 RFP and I had a crate of RFP with +3 Bleed. When I put the 2 in and made the jacket, it still only had a +3 modifier. So we'll see if items with RFP and Synth will have 2 buffs and if they cancel out or something

Too bad there is so much crap out there, I cant seem to find those I cant trust to give me the skinny on these types of details. But then, I like to test stuff, so we'll see.

Akkori you might want to read the be forum as well, all your issues are well known. on stacked crated be cloth only the last cloth has any effect.

i.e. 3 synth cloth have to have 2 cloth get overwritten and you get the stat pluses for the 3rd.

also, put in any reinforced cloth last to ensure that mod takes effect as well. some people reported <last week> that the synth was overwriting the reinf in things like camos.
