I'm wondering, Tailors, if this skirt is capable of being crafted:

I've seen it twice in-game and ONLY on female bothan NPCs (thugs, specifically) and thusly was never able to query them about it.

Dispite the random appearance the NPCs sport, there is actualy little randomness about them. That Bothan girl (cream sports wrap, blue slave skirt) appears frequently as a generic NPC all over the place. I've theorized that there are only a select host of NPCs that are out there and each were pre-designed by the staff. Each time the world neds to spawn an NPC it randomly picks from a pool of pre-made NPCs but the outfit, I do not think is bothan only. Its just they blessed that bothan girl withit. (**edit** ugly outfit combination if you ask me)
