Thread: Workaround found for inaccessible vendor stockroom.
Okay, here was my problem: 40k of bodysuits in the stockroom. They would display for a very brief second on opening the stockroom, and subsequently vanish before I could retrieve them.
Workaround: Open stockroom. Select anything. Hit enter twice, very quickly. Usually, the item will automatically retrieve. Close vendor. Rinse and repeat. One hour later: replace keyboard due to enter button being mashed to a premature death. ![]()
Hope this is of some help, and wish it was helpful for stock that was simply vanishing without being sent to the stockroom first.
Another workaround, but it involves re-listing from the stockroom. But this isn't such a big deal because the update on 12/5 will supposedly be fixing it so that items listed from the stockroom goon salefor the full 30 days.
When I go to the stockroom the first time I use the vendor, the items are all there. It's only after I retrieve an item once or refresh that they do the show-for-a-split-second-then-vanish technique. So that first time you have the stockroom open and can see everything, try this:
When in the stockroom select multiple items, just as you would do if you were retrieving a bunch of things at once. Hit "sell" and the last selected item will pop up and you can set a price for it. Go ahead and sell it, and even though the stockroom refreshes, all the rest of the items don't disappear as they usually do! Keep hitting "sell" then "enter" to cycle up and sell each of your selected items (this is very useful if you have a lot of one item, you can re-sell them quickly if they're all the same price). As long as you select multiple items before hitting sell, you'll still be able to see your entire stockroom! No vanishing!
