I just purchased a skill-enhancing clothing attachment. It is NOT a tape. It looks like an armor attachment. I have talked to 4 master tailors on Lowca tonight and not one could tell me how to use it.
I thought it had to be sewn into the clothing, but 2/4 said no and the other 2 didn't even know what a sea was.
I've tried dragging and dropping on slotted clothing to no avail. Can someone out there please help me. I really would like to gain the benefit of this attachment.

This is EXACTLY what the attachment says ....
Skill-Enhancing Attachment Clothing Attachment
It is NOT a tape, it looks like a plate use in armor schematics. This is NOT an armor attachment.

I believe that it should now work in slotted armor. Just drag on drop like you would use a clothing attachment. It might be an old version of the attachment which is why it claims to be a clothing one but has the armor graphic.

Yeah, any attachment that looks like a hexagonal plate is for armor. I don't care what the name of it is. If the graphic of it is not a tape, it can not go in clothes.
