What is needed for the Medical Crafter's Apron except the schematic and the leather?

Do you need any other resources?

Food and Chemical Crafting Tool. Make sure it's new i.e. not decayed. The other resources, any tailor would have.

1 food and chem crafting tool, 2 heavy duty leather, 1 synthetic cloth, 11 chemical, 50 hide &30 organic.

Are the resources the same for all types of aprons?

No, each variant has its own specific materials—i.e. chef uses flora food and a F/C tool, tailor uses a dagger and C/A tool, et cetera.
