Thread: Wedding Band should be visible on our toons!!!
*Agreed* It would be nice to have some sort of way of knowing that you are married. Whether it is seeing the wedding band on your finger, having your husbands last name, or maybe something in our bios that displays our maritial status. I really wished they would've implemented something like this in the game when it first came out.
I've been married to my oneand only lovesince November and sadly, I won't get to enjoy any of thesethingsif and whenthey do everdecide to work on the "marriage" part of SWG. After months of grinding and getting bored of the "broken this" or the "this isn't good enough that"*sigh*he has completely lost faith in SWG and has decided to quit the game
oh, and worst of allsell his account
I wear a band and I am not married. I made myself a silver one. I think marriage status should be listed in your bio. Maybe give us more ring options or make it possible to put the rings on different fingers. I love jewelry would love to be able to wear more of it.

I name all the Bands I make 'Unity Ring' as I feel it adds a nice touch. I also make them in Gold, Rose Gold, White Gold, Silver and Platinum just to offer something a bit more special ![]()
I'm disappointed that there is no way of knowing if a player is married, unless they have bothered putting it in their profile. Mine currently lets people know I'm married to Foxx and I'm the sister to Itsaka Rymi (we have a growing family in-game!).

Mine simply says my husbands name. That way everytime I open up my invetory and see that band - I'm always tickled to see his name is directly underneath it as a remembrance that it is he who I am forever binded to.
Why? Because we don't have fingers! This has always been a minor annoyance to me - bare hands and feet look *really* bad to me, because there's a real lack of graphical definition do them. So I tend to always wear gloves, even if I'd prefer bare hands for the particular look, simply because the bare-hands look seems kinda creepy and unnatural to me.
Hmm, that is a nice touch Smi. I haven't done that. I like each to have an inscription from the other person, so that they have some rememberance to look on and sentimental quote to read. For instance, I made two recently. One said "Wedding Ring - All my love, til time and times are done" and the other one said "Wedding Band - Eternal love to my better half"
