Will the belts ever fit on females without looking like hoola-hoops?

Apparently belt size is determined by chest size. Sosure, your belt can fit... but you will have to have a flat chest.

All armor belts (BH, Mabari, Padded) are fit to the body regardless of bust size.
All clothing belts' size are based off of bust size, so the bigger the chest, the more of a hoola-hoop you're wearing.

The decorated belt works well, too. It fits mostly to your skin, doesn't look hoola-hoopish, and it's stylish. My favorite.

I think that the main problem is not that it is based on bust size (well it *is* kind of based on it, but not directly), but that for some reason clothing belts are set to sit at the outermost possible layer of clothing. This is just beyond where a jacket or cloak would sit. If you try wearing a cloak and a belt you can see how they actually fit together. For armor, there is no possible jacket layer, so they sit where they belong, at the pants layer. If belts were made slightly thicker to stick up over clothing, but brought down to the pants layer I think they would look good on everyone.

While they're at it, focing the bandolier to go the shirt layer (I guess) at all times would be nice, even with a Cloak or a Cyber-arm (at least the Cyber-arm though).
