the one with the guy standing by the crash pod on tatooine, been looking for it but i dont even know its name

Its not a robe, it is a Decorative Vest worn with a Two-tone FormalSkirt, with a long-sleevedshirt underneath, maybe a Plain Shirt, hard to tell from the shot. The model is also wearing an Elegant Gemstone Necklace, to create that sort-of badge effect on the vest.
I think that vest also looks good with a Modest skirt to create a robe, various shirts can be used underneath to give a different look/texture. Trim-lined shirts make it look more formal and puffy, formfitting undershirts have that chainmail effect and make it look more armoured. And so on, I'm sure you can use your imagination
