Did you rip that from the Jump to lighspeed video? If so thats the Rebels from the Corillian Corvette. You can loot a rather cool Rebel shirt off their dead bodies which has a rebel emblem on the upper right hand side which is red, the shirt is grey. Dont have a screen shot of it sorry.

Yes i did, but im taking about seeing rebels spawning wear that get up. It just seems right to see rebels wear those helmits and all.
