Ok, I don't know much about sockets and skill tapes and all. I found a travel pack and bought it for an alt character I have. What I want to know is who can put stuff in those sockets, what can be put there and where I might find said items. I thought I saw skill tapes for sale on a vendor months ago, but I never really paid attention to all this until now. I have 4 sockets on the pack and would like to put them to good use. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Socketted backpacks are bugged, there is no way to applied the Skill tapes to them. You can still apply them to other items of clothing though, just by dragging and dropping the skill tape onto the item you wish to apply them too. Just so you know, there is no way to remove it.

Is it olredy bugged? there is a way to apply a attachment to a travel pack?

As Anabelle said right now there is no known way to add skill tapes into backpacks.

Also it's not even been confirmed by the devs if backpack sockets are a bug or are supposed to be usable. Someday they might "nerf" all the backpacks to 0 sockets, you just never know.
