Ive noticed that when you make Synthetic Cloth theres an upgrade slot for organic components, can someone tell me whats needed and how you go about doing different upgrades, none of this was mentioned in the manual, thx

Optional components are made by Bio-Engineers. Things like myoflex and passive or active biosensors work in synthetic cloth, and give bonuses to entertainer and medic skills. Constrictor cloth, confidence cloth, and other combat related components work in reinforced fiber panels.

Currently, most of the components are completely or partially broken. Those that do work can only go in clothing that uses non-factory synth or rfp's. There are also stacking issues. If you make an item that uses 2 synth cloths, use one enhanced and one regular, the regular will override the enhanced and you get no bonus. If you use 2 enhanced, it will show the combined bonus (sometimes it even adds to the total of the combined bonus), but according to a recent dev post, you are still only actually getting the bonus from one cloth in practice. In addition to that, items like pants and wookiee shoulder pad are completely broken, and no matter what combination of enhanced or regular cloth you use, the bonuses aren't displaying or working.

There is a revamping of BE's coming up in the next big update. They'll get factories, so you can use their components in factory made cloth, and they are fixing the broken components and removing the ones for skills that don't exist. You can find out more on that here:
