Thread: new to talioring world and confused about bio enhancements
ok, just wanted to know.. what bio enhancements can go in synthetic cloth, and what enhancements can go in reienforced fibers.... been having issues getting straight answers on this
Camaska Primus <GLF>
Synth Cloth:
- Dance Healing/Music Healing (Myoflex Tissue)
- Wound Treatment/Injury Treatment (Biosensor Tissue)
- Wild/Vicious Taming Bonus (Tranquilizer Tissue)
Reinforced Fiber Panels:
- Melee/Stun Defense
- Bleed Resistance
- Warcry/Intimidation
- Maskscent/Camoflauge
- Cover
Depending on the resource quality and experimentation, the benefits will be better or worse.
Thanks for the Info Rand, I too was having the same questions. But I'd like to add a couple more.
I've heard talk about stacking enhancements. Not sure how thats done or if it can be. I was playing with it a bit but you can only put one enhancement in the cloth you are making so not sure how you can stack? Unless a person is talking about wearing different clothes with different enhancements in them.
When making enhanced clothing is this something that the customer needs to know what kind of enhancement they want prior to making it?
I've got customers asking me about the BE enhancements so I need to learn all I can, so your help is appreciated!

if the clothes have a slot with multiple cloth pieces from a factory crate to add, then they don't stack. For instance, the Twi'lek Headwrap has 2 slots of 2 tissues. If you place 2 medical +15 into one, and standard synth cloth in the other, you get +15 medical. If you use all 4 medical cloth, then you get +25 (which is the maximum for any item of clothes)
If you have a medical Twi'lek Headwrap,Revealing Top, Robe of Honor, and Thin Striped pants with every single slot filled with that medical cloth, then you would have a +100 medical outfit(I have made this) - so multiple outfits give stacking. *** WARNING *** The maximum bonus for any skill is +25 so even though your character sheet shows a higher bonus, it is wasted. People have tested this, though it is questionable if it is a bug, or design.
Problem is that this would take 17 pieces of that medical cloth (I think that's right) which means alot of wasted tissues. Tissues only stack if they are in SEPARATE slots on a piece of clothing. You will notice that there is no such article of clothing that contains multiple slots of Reinforced Fiber Panels. That means the best you can put in is a single bonus, no stacking.
