no. Hats can only have Medical, Entertainer, or Taming enhancements in it. The defenseive ones are designed for Reinforced Fiber Panel (RFP) cloth, and that is in shirts, pants and jackets predominantly. You can have it in bandoliers too, but can't wear a backpack with them.

The best place for RFP cloth is in Lined Workshirts, Formfitting Undershirts, Camo pants, Pocketed Shorts, Bandoliers, Some jackets/coats.

Can any hat have some taming in it?

I know nothing of tailoring.

I have 3 pieces of clothing with enhancement:

Pants (+16 x 2)

Shirt (+6 x2)

Jacket (+16 x2)

Then my friend showed me a pair of pants with +16 x 4

Then i saw a Leeku Hat thing with + entertainment healing on it.

So: What piece of clothing can be enhanced? Are twileck headgear the only headgear with bonus available? If so, is it only for entertainement, or could a twileck have a +mask scent headgear?

Finally, what is teh maximum bonus per clothing? 4 times 16?

Most hats. Some of the simple ones like the headwrap can't, because they don't use synthetic cloth, but the large headwrap can. As well as the warm hat, sunguard, any twi'lek hat or wookie hat.
