There is an optional slot when crafting a synthetic cloth. What in the world do you put in them? I've tried to put in a few bio engie enhancements, but they don't work.

You need different types of BE enhancements, some are working with sync clothes, some with reinforced etc.

Passive/active tranquilizers, passive/active biosensors, myoflex and enhanced myoflex tissues are the 6 items that go into synthetic cloth. All the rest of the BE tissues go into RFP or into food.
