How much "stuff " can be crafted into this item? More than just a +16 Bleed resist?

Is there any other clothing that will stay worn under armor ??

But can that form fitting shirt have TWO or more bio engineered things in it ??

You can only put 1 tissue into a formfitting undershirt. However, some tissues by their very nature, unlike bleed, have 2 stats built in. For example "intimidation/warcry" or "stun defense/melee defense" are inseparable. So it is possible to have a shirt that has +14 stun defense, +4 melee defense, for example, because those stats come from the same single tissue. It is not possible to have +5 bleed, +14 stun, +4 melee defense, because the formfitting undershirt can only take 1 tissue, and that combination would come from 2 tissues.

you can wear one article of clothing over armor however. Unfortunately said article of clothing is incompatible with backpacks so you can either wear it, or a backpack. This piece of clothing is of course bandoliers , and they can be modded the same way the formfitting under**edit** can. (1 rfp in construction)

I'm pretty sure only shirts can be worn under armor.

The maximum bonus a clothing can give is +25.
