Who can make an outfit that looks the most like the ones the rebel commandos wore in the return of the jedi?

Who can make the best, military-like (real life) looking outfit? (and i mean both camouflage outfit and dress uniform outfit)

post pics.

'Foolish boy. Don't you know anything about Fantasia? It's the world of human fantasy. Every part, every creature of it, is a piece of the dreams and hopes of mankind. Therefor, it has no boundaries.'
'But why is Fantasia dying then?'
'Because people have begun to loose their hopes and forget their dreams. So the nothing grows stronger. It's the emptiness that's left. It's like a despair, destroying this world. And I have been trying to help it.'
'But why?'
'Because people who have no hopes are easy to control. And whoever has control has the power'

I tried doing "combat fatigues" for a customer a while back. Several types of pants work fine - Paramilitary Camos being a popular choice - but it's really tough to find an appropriate jacket-type item. Casual Jacket *looks* like it ought to work, but it doesn't - it's got too much of a shiny leather-type finish to it. Never did find one that was quite right. Pilot's Jacket might be the best compromise, I suppose.

The obvious choice would be Spec-Op Duster I like the way the cold weather jacket looks though. Has a military-ness to it. Or heavy reinforced jacket. Use large pocket pants for fatigues, make both colors the same, then you have non-textured on pockets.
Reinforced jacket is good for dress uniform along with some type of striped pant.

Well, I haven't tried to re-create the uniforms from the movies yet... thoughwe soon have to watch all the Star Wars movies again now that I've installed my new video projector! Maybe it'll give me some inspiration.

I did do a few military uniforms after a customer asked me to show some examples. Until Abzintia puts them up on her site, you can see them here: http://www.intvelt.com/uniforms/

ps. I'm selling these as packages on my vendor... they sell quite well.

I just did a post about the dress uniform (aka the officers in the briefing room)

What I found is that if you do a belted jacket with the default colors, and then dress slacks to match (fifth brown color) it almost matches it.

Working now on the soldiers' uniform from Ep. 4 beginning

JehannumRaver: Great pics! Might I suggest a uniform using ribbed shirt & pants? Great jumpsui-y looking combo. You can even go a step further and add a rugged jacket.

Noyes_Solon: I've played around with that idea. Sadly, we can't craft a decent casual VEST. I've been using the sleeveless jacket for a vest look.

We have PA uniforms:

Our military uniforms are: paramilitary camos and heavy reinforced jacket.

Our officers uniforms are: belted jacket and thin striped pants

Both are done in our PA colors, green and white.

I love love that jacket. I usually use it on my character with a Refined Skirt for a formal-girl-pirate look.

How I loatmy guild leader.....

Since I am the only tailor in the guild, i have been ordered to craft uniforms for our soon-to-be swoop gangs. There can only be two colours, black and red. Every swooper chooses from a variety of low tailor skill jackets, pants shirst etc and then i make them...

The worst part is that she says that:"I want them to look Mad Max, not like an army"

With the restrictions she has set upon me, theyll all look like anybody else....

Argh! Am i the only one who thinks yellow and pink are cool to wear?
