Thread: I need a tailor's eye for a straight guy
I am looking for some new bioengineered clothes on Bria and I an trying to pick out a new outfit to get the tissues made into. Tailors, lend me your eyes and let me know what you think about this outfit (if colors will match, if it will look "good, etc.)
Reinforced Pants - black on knees and thighs, dark brown shins and around legs.
Reinforced Workshirt - black
Cold weather jacket - Main color dark brown that matches pants and top leather part black.
Link steel reinforced gloves - black
Boots - please suggest style and color
I am very interested in bleeding defense and melee defense. And as I understand it, field wear is the only type of clothing that will allow for the tissues that I want? I am open to any suggestions that you think would make this outfit look better.
My ingame name is Traven on theBria. If any Brian Master Tailor sees this and would like to make some money, let me know. I will compensate you for your time.
But please, anyone make suggestions. I like to look good. ![]()
Well... some of that is just yuck, so we KNOW you're straight (lol)
If you've ever tried on RF pants, you'll know that they make you have a girly waist and a fat behind. Try paramilitary camos instead (same components)
The shirt is fine and will take 1 rf panel (which is what you want)
I'm partial to uniform boots or even sturdy boots with the camos.
The cold weather jacket will not have the bleed defense - it takes a synth panel. There are no jackets that will take a single RF panel so you will need to find some crated pieces - maybe a spec ops duster or a heavy RF jacket or a desert command jacket. ALso, you could add a bandolier to the combo which is one more skill mod spot (but you lose your backpack /cry.)
For more info on bioeng clothing see http://zephyrdesigns.moonfruit.com (I hope I got that right)
The title of your post caught my eye - see sig...
thank you for your input.
som what part was yuck? the colors selection or the girly waist pants?
I really do have good taste in real life, I promise
, its just hard to pick out clothes that you can't see the color first or how it will look on...I am telling you, there needs to be some kind of dynamic clothing preview where you can drag and drop items to "try them on" so you don't waste the tailor's time.
