I'm trying to make a macro fro creating a Cartridge Belt but I cannot get it to work. It requires the Clothing/Armor Crafting tool. I can get Macros to work fine with the Generic Crafting tool. Can someone tell me what I need to put in the macro ?

Can you just not get the belt to appear in your craft window? Do you get a different item?
I believe the belt requires you to be near a private craft station. If you aren't, you'll get something else.

Yes be careful with the macros near crafting stations. Mine screwed up when I got near 1.

the problem is, the scematic number is determined by the number of currently avaliable schematics. This means if you get near a public crafting station, your numbers will change, and when you get near a private crafting station, you numbers will change to a 3rd set.
If you have the macro set up to use your generic crafting tool, and all you're doing is swapping one tool our for another on your task bar, that's why it doesn't work. You need to edit your macro, and find the correct schematic number for when you change tools.
