hmmm how do i make these components to build those i dont even see anything in my schem's to make the tents

You don't. You give crates of cloth to an Architect and they build them

400 Metal (any)
600 Hide (any)
200 Low grade Ore (any)
20 Factory Crate Fiberplast Panels
4 Factory Crate Reinforced Fiberplast Panels
