Calling all Wookiees!

In Celebration of this months holiday of WOOKIEE LIFE DAY, I am holding a W.L.D. Celebration!

I am trying to gather the most Wookiees ever in one place at one time! Please come join the fun and help set a record!!

WHEN: Wednesday November 26Th, 7:00pm Eastern US Time

WHERE: The Darklighter Homestead, Tatooine, INTREPID GALAXY, coords -695, -6725

WHAT TO DO: Spread the word and invite all your friends!

Even if you do not play on the INTREPID GALAXY, you are welcome. Please, even if for one day only, create a Wookiee character and come to my party! Sure, you new character will be pretty basic, but you dont need advance stats to have fun at an all Wookiee Party!

There will be fireworks, music, dancers, vendors, dueling, and best all (hopefully) more Wookiees then you can shake a bowcaster at!

Please, come visit INTREPID for this one big day! Hope to see you there!

Hey, tailoring-related question here (to steer things on-topic):

Is Life Day (as presented in the immortal Star Wars Christmas Special) strictly a Wookiee holiday, or is it more of a multiracial thing? I'm starting to take down my Halloween displays and put up the Life Day decorations....

Life Day is supposedly just a wookiee thing. But if Princess Leia can sing a song for it, we can all dress up. I've been making red and green "holiday style" clothes for the past week or so, too. I just didn't want to name them for Life Daysince it's a wookiee tradition and wookiees can't wear much of anything.

The thing that still floors me is that the SWG developers actually based the Wookiee Smock on genuine Wookiee Life Day garb from the special! (Though we can't make them in the Red color of the show....)
