When I first opened that 3rd and final Holo, I thought...Uggh! This master tailor stuff will last about one server reboot and it'll be gone....

Well, about the time I mastered it, the bio engineered tissues were working and I opened my data pad to find I had a system lockup full of schematics...Hmmm...lets mess around a little bit...After further review, this profession is really fun! One of the best for interacting with other players, certainly. I probably don't need to tell all you "real" tailors out there how cool it really is, and maybe someday I'll want to move on, but for now, i'll be a Master Tailor....

FWIW, these thoughts are brought to you by someone who came to this profession from a CH/BH pve machine that liked to hunt and kill and find holocrons...those days of violence are behind me!

Thanks for the welcomes...it's sort of a sad reality that now that i'm master Tailor, i have to figure out how to do things...i do know making ribbed shirts and grenadieer belts well, though...

Here's to more bio-tissue options and giving wookies a "fresher" look!

im working the ribbed shirts, then i hear the cartridge belts were the best tho?

just so happened that I had 75k of iron...gren belt and cartr belt are virtually ident save that gren uses iron vs. cart belt's steel.

Magnus had some coolaid it would seem.

Tailoring can be great fun, but frustrating as all get-out, just ask Splintt, he gets to hear all of my complaints.

hey, i got the same thing. it's really easy to level in. once i got field wear4, i started grinding out the cartridge belts and get a whole tree in under 3 hours. dunno if i'll stay a tailor, then again i don't know if i'll even play my main once i get my fs slot.

Tailor was the final key to my fs...I had mastered 8 other professions (one in the time between holo 3 completion and master tailor)

Do I still use the tailor character? Yep! I definitely have the best dressed jedi inititate in my galaxy!!!! When I enter the fray wearing my mauve heavy flightsuit which accentuates well my bronze lightsaber, i know that I get at least2 or 3 extra hits in as the actions of any enemy are delayed by a large awe factor...

Keep those jed-eye's well dressed, everyone!

I had the pleasure of making a Jedi Robe (grand healer's robe) for one just the other day.. *grins*

I do love the mauve flightsuit though!
