I just got master tailor on Ahazi, YAY!

But I can't seem to figure out how to make enhanced clothing. Can someone please explain the process? I got this spray stuff from a BE and its supposed to give like +4 to warcry and intimidate, but I don't know how to put it on the clothes.

Also, does anyone know where to get better enhancements than +4

You use the BE components when making tailoring components (synthetic cloth, reinforced fiberplast panels) and then use those components to make enhanced clothing.
