Hey I'm not a tailor or anything but I think it's pretty dumb that a piece of clothing can have 4 sockets but only one skill attachment will work on it. Does anyone know if the devs are working to fix this yet?

It's not a bug.You CAN have 4 skill modifiers for a 4 socketed piece of clothing, however if you try to put in 2 skill attackment tapes (same skill modifier ex. +5 to rifle aiming and +7 to rifle aiming)to the same clothing article they WILL NOT stack, you will just get the higher of the two.

Well, there are some other skill tape issues beyond the bonuses not stacking.

DialUp wrote up a nice summary of what works and what doesn't work with skill tapes.
