I also have been unable to find a really good match for the black Suit Jacket. Other pants in Black-that-looks-grey-by-comparison don't necessarily look *bad* with it, but it'd be nice to at least have *something* that was in the same black....

Try the really really dark green in the first row, it's kinda black-ish

Best solution I've found is to make the black suit jacket a shade lighter, then make the pants or whatever the darkest shade of black you can make them. That matches out the shades pretty well.

I actually came to the Tailor forum to find colors for the suit jacket. As long as were chatting....

I'm obviously not a tailor, I am however the showiest Smuggler to date. So, a would love some input while you're on this subject.

I like the suit jacket/gunmans duster combo. I can't remember if I have dress slacks or work slacks. Either way, the pants would just have to follow suit. My pencil moustache/pompadour look compliment the clothes, not the other way around. Right now, I'm waring grey with tints of black. I was curius, what colors are available for the suit jacket and and gunmans duster? Is there a site I can refer to? All of the ones I have gone to have one example.

Yeah, that jacket is tough. I'd take the suggestion that said make the pants first as dark as you can and then match the jacket to the pants (if possible).
