Yes we do, not much but its something about 7xps or something every few seconds...I every explored how this works exactly like if it gives it if they are using it or in there inventory or what..if anyone could please explain this to us, it would be greatly appreatated.

Yes, but it doesn't happen when you're offline. I leave myself online AFK all day when I'm out and all night when I'm asleep, and pull in another 1000-2000 XP per day from usage... but SOE would save a lot of money on bandwidth if they didn't require people to be online constantly to progress in the game ,-)

Others correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe a dev said at one point that usage xp was ticked along with timed decay, and as such no longer applies to clothing. They may have fixed that, but if so, it was un-doc'ed. :-(

It probably ticks the same way decay used to, but believe me, we still get tons of usage exp... IF we're online when people are running around in our creations. I have a spreadsheet where I keep track of all my schematics and prices, all my sales, and my current status and distance to my next tailoring goal. Before I go to bed or leave for work/school, I make sure I have my current exp level down in my spreadsheet. Next time I'm on, I've always gained at least a little.

It does seem to be planet-specific, though, because when I was on Tatooine for a while (normally I'm on Naboo) I got barely double-digits of UXP, and usually I get at least a couple hundred while I'm sleeping or out for the day (often more like 500-1000 while I'm afk for 9-10 hours).

I have mysteriously earned XP from nothing at all, and I believe that this may still be implimented.
