What I would like to know from you is WHY you would want to know what gives the most xp so you can spend the next two weeks spending your 6 hours a day standing infront of the crafting station grinding the same item over and over and over and over.. and your mouth drying out and your eyes going bloodshot from stairing at that Clothing & Armor Crafting Tool screen for hours and hours... and hours on end.

What does it get you? Woohoo you hit Master Tailor in two weeks... now what? What then? Take up another profession and do the same thing? And when you hit your goal in that? I'm afraid your only going to disappoint yourself, but anyone could tell you that if your a huge achiever in these games.. your probably gonna be disappointed when you 'achieve' that Master title.. because you'll be done.

Why not instead turn off that g****edit** xp window and go open a store with a vendor. Make some cloths, set up displays, head to town and make cloths for poeple, backpacks and all that kinda of stuff. HAVE FUN.

I swearhalf the poeple who play these games haven't honestly even thought about the fun. What good does the end get you if you spend the whole time getting there in utter boredom.

Ok now someone can tell him the best thing to make the grind that xp till he drops. I honestly have no idea what it is.

Fix the forums so they work properly with Firefox! PLEASE!

The answer is *ahem* L33T SKILLZ!!

Don't do destroys them.. do delivery. I don't know any tailors that do destroy missions, unless you're going to choke the gnorts to death with a pair of panties. I had to run delivery missions for a long time to get by.

If your harvesters are bugged, that's another thing, but obviously that is part of your problem..

Well I do destroys, but I have advanced unarmed so that makes it easier. Doing deliveries on Rori isn't very profitable, as we're limited to in town deliveries primarily.

I totally agree with Fion13, I've seen a lot of people reaching Master of different professions in a couple of week, I think these guys have no life at all and spend 20 hours a day for playing.... this is bad... very bad... where is the fun in this ???

The only thing you are doing is killing the game, SWG should last monthes you know...... but well, it's very bad for you if you have to be an asocial, mindless player

Well, I'm another tailor who does destroy missions, but only when temporary market slumps hit me so hard that I can't feed my harvesters any other way. And I don't have leet skillz. I've got Pistol 3, Ranged 2, and a pretty good Scout Blaster that was a present from a friend I've done a few favors for. With it unequipped, I can get level 5 ikopi nest missions close to town, do two of them in 15 minutes easy counting travel time, and therefore make about 3000an hour. Others do better, but 3000 is enough to buy me another day on all four harvesters, including the windmill.

Very likely you don't have harvester bugs. Very likely, you don't understand them. I don't blame you. The user interface is cryptic where it isn't downright dishonest. I'm working on a harvester FAQ. Until then, make sure that your personal harvesters are fully funded (720 credits/day, twice that for windmills), fully charged (600 units/day), located on top of a deposit of at least one resource you want of that type, that the resouce is still available, that the harvester is set to the resource you want, and and that the harvester is turned on. Take care of all those things, and you can pick up anywhere from roughly 900 to 2700 units of resource per harvester. Counting power costs, that's somewhere around 1 credit per unit.

Dedicate at least one harvester to gathering resources that grinders use up. I'm told that Low Grade Ore gets used up by the ton by architects trying to grind their way to Master. They, and nearly all professions, also need high quality Steel and high quality Aluminum. I'm told that on some servers, water also sells well - which baffles me, as I know of nobody but Chefs who needs it. Dabble briefly in selling your excess power, but if it doesn't move, don't beat your head against the wall - on my planet and server, everybody who needs power has their own windmill running. Whatever you gather, break it up into 1000 unit chunks and sell it for 3 credits per, plus or minus, on the Bazaar, and watch the money roll in. When the money doesn't roll in, do missions.

Make sure that you set aside enough money to move a harvester at least once every three days. On average, you'll lose at least one resource every other day. But many of those days, you'll be able to switch the harvester to the new resource without moving it. Moving a harvester costs 1500 credits, plus the cash and energy to restart it at the new location.

Running all over the swamp dealing with my harvesters is not what I wanted to do with my time. If there were enough people in Restuss selling resources cheap, I might not bother. But in the meantime, it's keeping me in resources and will be keeping me in cash. (Or will be once I get one more harvester up and running. Right now, I'm at or just shy of the break-even point.) Once I get ahead on cash, I should only have to do harvester runs every two or three days.

It's fun to me.. and I'm not even grinding (anymore) - made almost all of casual 1-4 by selling clothes.

Don't diss something because it's not your idea of fun - just don't do it.

But yes you're right I have no life blah blah blah.. or something.

Destroy missions are great. Not only do you get cash, but if you've got novice scout, you can suppliment your hide supply.

Water is much sought after by medics as well as chefs.
