Thread: Ranged/Melee defense modded clothing working?

I've done a few preliminary tests, and I'm not seeing a bit of difference using clothing items with Melee/Ranged defense bonuses. This may have been discussed here before, if so I'm sorry to beat a dead horse. Are these bonuses working, or are they (like the food bonuses), broken?
