I have no clue about any of this stuff:

do i have to be a master talior to use a CA?

how do i install it on something?

can i install it on any piece of clothing?

You can add it to any item of clothing that has sockets (except skirts because they are bugged).
You just drag and drop the CA onto the clothing in your inventory, no special skills required.

Just a quick question ...Is the rule for AA the same as for CA ?
