Hey...

Was wondering what colors the "decorative vest" can be crafted in...

Can they be crafted all white? or all black? White with black?

The decorative vest comes in a full palette, and has 2 colorable portions (the "tails" can be a different color than the rest of the vest). Full palette means that it comes in just about any color you would want (except the yellow is hideous and not recommended). Hope this helps.

No unfortunately we can not. Bio Tissues which give bonuses can only be used in small % of clothing. Some of us are trying to make it one of Tailor's top priorities.
