So I was goofing around looking through the tailor tree when I went to the branch all the way to the right. I see you get clothing assembly/experimentation/and customization.

Scroll over experimentation and read what it says. Hmm

something to the affect of these points that allow the experimenting of combat medice and other medicinces.

Its been mislabled like that for quite a long time. It doesnot give any CM experimentation (which was removed during the CU anyway).
