Thread: AS gets paid from CSR for factory/crate bugs ... since when?

Seems AS are getting all the love? This post made my hair stand on end ... and implies some artisans are getting recompensed for their loses due to game bugs! Last time I checked, didn't see any tailors who lost beaucoups credits due to the BE tissue or the factory crate mess, getting repaid by SOE or a CSR for their loses ....
And I thought I couldn't be surprised in this game anymore

for one thing, the CSRs are in San Diego while the programmers are in Austin, so CSRs can't just walk next door to bug a dev
sometimes CSRs will help, sometimes they won't. if they should've and didn't, send a request to [email protected] with the ticket number and a writeup of what happened.
