If and when they fix it so tailors can make BE clothing again, will tailors be able to make undershirts with Healing Efficiency mods?

Just wondering because with the next publish my BH on Lowca will need +25 HE to be able to heal effectively.

We have no idea to be honest. We might keep the same bonuses we had before the crafting of BE clothing was broken, they may decide to change the bonuses, or they might just do away with BE clothing altogether. Right know we don't know.

*IF* if it fixed, and we keep the bonuses we have, yes we will be able to make Healing Efficiency Undershirts (but not +25 ones).

There's a few shirt slot items that shoud give +25HE - low cut top, revealing top, sports wrap, leather trim shirt and wooly shirt. Some of these are female only though.

Nope. Those shirts won't take RFP and Healing Efficiency is an RFP mod so can't be made at +25 on a single item. You're thinking of Augmentation/Cure Efficiency which is a Synth Cloth mod and can therefore be made into +25 shirts etc.
