Alrighty, bear with me here im pretty new to the tailor thing, I checked all the stickies up top but either tehy did not contain or i missed the answer to this question.


How many sockets can a casual jacket have, and do all clothing items max at 4?

4 is the max on all items that can have sockets.

Excellent thanks, i guess i have just been really unlucky.Im trying to creat a suit for my SW tapes to go into, everythign else i got 4 sockets in 2-4 tries, however, the jacket i ahve made 10 times, so i was getting worried.

The casual jacket is an artisan item, meaning that sockets are controlled by your artisan assembly, not your tailoring assembly. So you will need engineering 4 and domestic arts 4 to get sockets in a casual jacket.

From what I remember when I was doing socketing experiments, there are no experimentation or assembly mods located in the master artisan box. It's possible that it has changed, so go ahead and check your skill tree.

looks like there are no skill mods in master artisan, just schematics.
