Formfitted Undershirt (or most shirts in that case), gloves, boots.

technically, all shirts fit under armor. now that armor gloves and boots don't have stats you can wear clothing ones too, but they can't be modded with BE tissues.

for BE: shirt, bandoliers {takes backpack slot}

for sockets: shirts, bandoliers {takes backpack slot}, belts {takes psg slot}, gloves and boots

BE shirts wearable with armor: formfitting shirt, reinforced shirt, lined workshirt

dunno if there exist anything for wookiees to wear under armor?

That's true if you want any of the combat tissues (Melee/Ranged, Unarmed/Terrain, Mask Scent/Camo, Healing Eff, Surveying).

There is a large range of shirts that can take creature taming and augmentation/cure efficiency which are also wearable with armour, ok there is entertainer tissues too but they give a bonus to a mod that isn't in game, so if you want either of these two bonuses you have a much bigger choice than just the three shirts listed above
