I dont get it! Why cant Master Tailors get 4 sockets more often? Im a Master Tailor with +25assembly suit, and I just wasted a crate of 20 Healing efficiency panels on getting 4 sockets in a bando! It makes me very frustrated! I say that Master Tailors ONLY get 3 or 4 sockets.

hopefully someday they'll open up the color palletes so we can color all items all colors, and hopefully someday there will be some Rhyme and Reason to the whole socket system. 
but until then, we just have to work with what we're given.

I must be extremely lucky... my M tailor toon almost never gets anything below a 3 socket thing...maybe clothing experimentation has something to do it with, because he has around +25 extra clothing experimentation.
