I made a sunguard using 2x synthetic cloth with +18 augentation eff blah blah on it, this ended up with +25 mods to it as you would expect.
Now I made a spec ops duster using 2x RFP with +17 healing eff on it and it only came out showing +17, am I doing something wrong ? as I expected this to come out +27 healing efficiency.
Now I read all the FAQ that are stickied and they just seem to confirm to me that it should have come out as a +25 healing eff modded clothing. Has anyone else had this when crafting their clothes?

if the cloths are in the same slot they do not stack on the mods , only when the cloths are applied seperatly will you get the 'extra' mod
{ei 2 factory identicals in one slots yeaild base stat, 1 in slot a and 2 in slot b will give the double of the base}
there is no clothing which allows two slots of rfp, only one slot of identical cloths.
