Fit really? even with jackets?

Mine always fit if there was no jacket or vest, and never a cloak

damn, I have no idea, I didn't test it that far.. I got distracted about 5 seconds later. ADD FTW!

Edit: I'm thinking prolly not since nothing was mentioned, wierd because my belts never fit, always looked like a stylish hulla hoop

they still look like hula hoops with jackets and a lot of them still aren't right...

I made one for a customer the other day to go with his BH armor, and it took several tries before we found one that wasn't huge. Later a customer wanted a belt for his cool new outfit we spent several hours on.. it had a duster.. he put on his belt and insta hula hoop. As I told him at the time..they aren't belts, they are jacket holder inners..and they don't even do that well.
