Thread: Best Showroom Lighting for Large House on Corellia?

With the new house item limit combined with the hundreds of items on my vendor that need restocking for the new categories combined with my hatred of the lighting inside my Small Corellian House...

I'm thinking about biting the bullet and buying a large house, and relocating my shop to it. But my question is, which house type would have the best layout for a shop, and the best lighting for dropped outfits in the showroom? Any advice? (Gotta be something that can be built on Corellia, too.)

do any other light sources, other than torches, actually produce light? I've yet to see one. My small tat house has 4 torches lighting my place. It puts a pretty mediterrainian feel on the walls. I know those correllian homes, and especially Naboo homes are super dark.

also, don't get a generic large house...that thing is too huge...and your customers wouldn't even be able to find you or your wares. I don't know about large Corellian though. Good luck and let us know how you like.

Unfortunately, Corellian houses are generic houses.

I tend to like the generic/Corellian style 2 large house given our choices. Finding your way arounda style 1 house is confusing. If you take the ramp on your right when you enter, you're met with a small room and a dead end. The ramp on the left takes you to the rest of the house. The style 2 house only has one long hallway that leads into the house from the entrance.

Dont know much about Corellian houses as i have a naboo large and med that are well lit without anything added. Just have to say though, even if you have enough light, put torches in whatever room you display the wookie stuff in, gives a great feral look.

if you don't mind the house maintainance cost, you're probably better off with 2 generic/corellia med houses. it's 2 lots less than 1 large, you can have 50 more items, and the layout's not as confusing as the large. maybe you can have one as workshop/storage, and the other as a showroom?

i've had more problem with lighting in my large/med/small naboo houses than the corellian ones, i think the med corellian houses are pretty bright
