I craft and for atleast a minute every time I cannot open any Ctrl+___ menus, cant use the F keys, and cant run.

when that happens i bang on the right ctrl alt and shift buttons and it works again

are you using the second row of the tool bar. Thats what happens when i use the second row for crafting

But i havn't used it since i hit master

Try tapping your shift key. For some reason mine gets stuck sometimes when I'm crafting.
