Thread: WTB: Mask Scent/Como wookie clothes or other MBE clothing

Hello Tailors
I am a Wookie MBE looking for some clothing that will be helpful for my profession. Would anybody be so kind as to let me know what I should be looking for, max stats, prices I should expect to pay, etc? As a wookie puriest I tend not to wear clothes so I don't really know what's good nor how to go about getting it. However, to make the best pets/food/clothing I need to improve the quality of my gear. Thank you for an help/advice you can give.

Most Tailors ignore posts like these, this forum is meant mostly for issues. You might have a better chance of finding a Tailor by going to your galaxy trade forums.

I've tried that too, I don't expect or want anybody to sell me anything here, I just want to know what's available for a MBE.

Most wookie clothes take Synth cloth to make. These carry the Injury/Wound Treatment bonuses and the entertainer bonuses. The stuff you probably want is Mask Scent/Camo but this like most of the "best" enhancements go into Reinforced Fiber Panels. Sorry, Looks like most wookies got the shaft again. You could get a bonus in a bandoleer, maybe a +14 to 16 Mask scent bonus though.

Bandoliers and the Heavy Shoulder Pad can each have 1 tissue enhancement in them. Depending on the BE that makes them, you can get between +13 and +18 on the tissue.

The two things that I find really useful as a MBE is mask scent bonus and medical healing bonus. Having an outfit with +25 mask scent lets me sample mutant rancors and such without having master scout mask scent ability (I only have box 4 of exploration).
The medical healing bonus I make less use of, because I have no combat skills, but even so when something aggros on me and I'm running or speeding away, getting a nice big, quick heal is often times is the difference between a clean getaway and a trip back to the cloning center 
As others have said, with a heavy shoulder pad and pretty much any other wookiee clothing you want you can easily achieve +25 medical (the cap) and +15 mask scent or so (a few points higher if the tailor has exceptional tissues).
Prices? Well, it varies as you'd probably guess. The one good thing about being someone in your position though is that you have something very desirable to barter with (tissues).
