Has anybdoy added a skill tape (Food assembly +2 lets say) to the new chef apron (+5 food experimentation, +5 food assembly). I know that if a piece of clothing already has 1 tape on it (+2 gibberish) and you add another tape (+1 gibberish), the seconf tape will overwrite the first.
So I wanted to make sure that was not the case with the new aprons before I ruin it.

Hmmm I wouldn't mess with the apron if I were you. I know that you can't put BE tissues in the apron so I would be wary about putting any more mods in it. If I were you, I'd put the mods in other pieces of clothing.

It sure can take BE tissues. The two I made yesterday are both +17 medical as well as the chef mods

You can use skill tapes in them, just not skill tapes that have the same mods as the ones on the apron.
As you may know, if you have a skill tape in an item and add another, they do not add together, the one with the higher bonus "overwrites" the second one. It works the same way with the new schematics and with skill tapes. So if you put a +2 food assembly tape in the +5 food assembly apron, you'd still have your +5. If you put a +6 tape in the apron, it would come out as +6, not +11.
So put any tapes with the same skill mod in a seperate article of clothing.
