Ok, so i get inspired to make a Luke Hoth outfit right? everythings going fine, Colors are coming out next to perfect, everything is going great, boots go on, jacket goes on, pants go on, then.. i try to put on Cold Weather Gloves, which look JUST like the Hoth outfit.. but apparently it cant be worn with the jacket.... **edit** SOE!!!!! you give us the Hoth outfit, and you dont let us wear it all together?
its just not the same without the gloves. Can we pleeeease get this to work somehow? If anyone wants to try this outfit out, its Vested Jacket, Cold weather gloves
, pannled boots, and work slacks

The basic rule is that any glove that looks "long" - i.e., that clearly goes past the wrist - can't be worn with any sort of jacket, cloak, or robe type garment. Shirts and vests and bodysuits are OK, but you might run into serious clipping problems with some of these combinations. For example, Long Uniform Gloves seem to have clipping issues with just about anything other than bare skin, and I don't think any glove will truly look right with a Tactical Skinsuit.

Long uniform gloves tend to leave "tabs" on the back of your forearms if worn with anything long-sleeved (like reinforced jumpsuits and the like.) I will say this, though—since the new factional uniforms came out for the theme parks I'm loving workman's gloves, they're perfect for both the TIE and B-Wing uniforms
(I haven't tried completing the AT-AT uniform, and I haven't even seen the alternate rebel outfit, so…who knows.)

The problem lies within the clothing system used by the game for the most part. Each bodypart is probably considered a sort of "slot," so if you have a jacket that uses the "forearm slot" and try to put on gloves that ALSO use the "forearm slot," the jacket will be removed.
I know, it's annoying...some gloves have wide openings that should be wearable over longsleeved jackets....
