if i am to craft a scamatic and feed it into a factory an example would be a shirt would i get crafting xp??? say i get 106xp per shirt if i do it by hand what would i get if a factory made it?

I believe you recieve 5% of the xp. I could, however, be mistaken. (It wouldn't be the first time )
