The actual name for this is: Active Tranquilizers. The description is: + Taming Wild & Vicious Creatures.

There is nothing so far as I know that will allow you to surpass the current level limit of 70. I hope this helps.

Passive and Active Tranquilizers allow you to have an easier time taming animals. When the CH goes into the wild and starts chatting up the baby critter to make it his friend, there is a chance of success. It's not very good on vicious creatures. about +50. That can be augmented by up to +25 for a total of +75. That's a massive difference in chances to tame them. Failure usually means that the baby will attack. If it's a socail creature, the whole nest will attack.

CH that buy a BE viciouscreature in the CL61-CL70 range will tell you that they are untamable. Try it! Go get a CL61 Kimo and attempt to tame the deed. You can't... a MCH does not have the skill to tame a vicious creature of CL61+ but if they have these clothes, then they can. Once it is tamed, they can call it out when they need to.

The rule of 70 is that a master creature handler gets up to CL70 as his total controllable creatures that can be out at one time. This is an absolute limit. There is no known way to get around this (except some past and possible future exploits)so don't bother wasting time looking for a way. It doesn't exist. You may have a +1pet skilltape that allows another pet to be called, but it's still only able to add up to the combined CL of your maximum control rating.

Just another note. My husband was fussing up and down that these tissues did not work. I kept telling him it was because his mask scent was breaking. He was wearing armor so could only wear the Taming bio's at the same time. He was trying to get rancors. Well, he finally gave in and put on his +25 taming, +25 MaskScent/camo outfit and gave it a shot, while telling me he'd meet me at the cloning station. Result? Two new tamed baby Rancors.

I've heard 2 stories (not verified, so they are stories) of scout/rangers wearing highly modded clothing to test their maskscent ability. One had +25, and the other had +68 clothes. The tests showed that the +25 wearer was breaking maskscent far faster then the other one did. So maybe also try maxing out all bonuses to see if it helps. I am of the opinion that +25 is a hard limit.... but the code is a bit flakey, and could be fixed in a stealth nerf at any time.
