To all Tailors, I am collecting info on what type of Prestige Class you would like to see after Master Tailor. For example...
After achieving Master Ranger you have now opened the paths to:
- The Outdoorsman (Big Game Hunter)
- Antarian Ranger (possesses minor force resistances and abilities)
- Combat Ranger (master of guerilla warfare)
Those were just examples of ideas I had for the Ranger profession. Now that you hopefully see where I am going with this idea, I would love to see where you would like theTailor to go after achieving the title of Master Tailor. Any and all input is welcome, but please try to keep it constructive.

I'm a master tailor and am looking foward to the rumored 'elite-elite' proffesions. I'm also a movie fan so i would like to see:
Costume Designer-makes fashionable things like costumes
Uniform Designer-makes many forms and variations of uniforms, pluse faction schematics from recruters
thats all i can think of right now.

I for one would love to see Tailors be able to make every piece of clothing in game. Assuming that is, they go up the Prestige Class that can make that particular piece of clothing.

I like Ixathra's Uniform Designer idea.
how about Fashion Expert for an elite-elite formal wear fan? They will be able to make more formal items suitable for weddings and more formal events.

I was under the impression that they had done away with the idea of Presitge classes. Am I wrong?

Ooo - I like the idea of a skill tape designer... I can see that possibly requiring components from other professions (much as the demoltionists belt requires medium warhead mechanisms).
I alos LOVE the idea of a uniform designer and costume designer.
I have always thought it could be fun to be given a specific number of sleeve, necklines, front placket options (on a shirt for example) - and then we could mix and match them. (I sew in RL)

The most compelling one that I could think of would probably be some type of architect/tailor hybrid advanced profession. Perhaps with this you'd be able to gain a much higher level of control over customization of such things as furniture, tapestries and so forth. That would definitely be cool. Seems to me like there ought to be opportunity for tailor/image designer and tailor/merchant hybrids as well but for some reason I'm drawing a blank there.

All I can say is if this happens we better be getting an Elite pool of skill points!

Wow, love all of these ideas, we need stuff like this to keep us going. It would be awesome to be able to really focus on something elite and be able to stand out as something more unique than just a "tailor" that can craft the same exact clothes like all the other tailors...

these are all good ideas, but another one i have is, a quest master tailors can do like the RIS armor. Clothes that require high quality resources, mabey they have there own pallate, etc.
