How did you get the bonuses on the backpacks ? I hadnt made one in a LONG while.. was this enhancement done during a recent publish and I just totally missed it?

Well there is supposedly a cap of +25 on any one buff, though I have never seen an actual example of this in the game. Also there was a guide on buffing written by one of the devs recently that said if a skill stops increasing at some point, it just means that you've maxed that skill. So I would suggest that in your case you've simply maxed out your general ranged aiming skill, and the pack can't increase it anymore.
Also to Thawe, the lightweight military pack is a quest reward schematic given by the imp and Jabba theme parks I believe since update 6. It requires some special ingredients including a rare loot drop, and has these special bonuses.

Hi my fellow Tailors.
I have produced 10 Lightweight Military Packs and they have the stats:
Stats: General Ranged Aiming 5, Melee Defense 3, Ranged Defense 3, Cover 5
This is the stats when uuse examine inthe LMPack.
This is the stats when uuse examine inthe LMPack.
I first checkedMy skillmods on my character withoutthe LMPackand the stats was:
General Ranged Aiming +25
Melee Defense +22
Ranged Defense+16
Cover +20
Then i equipped my character withthe LMPack and the stats was:
General Ranged Aiming +25 / +25
Melee Defense +22 / +25
Ranged Defense+16 / +19
Cover +20 / +25
How does this compute ??
Are the stats accurate ?? I thought it would only add +5/+3/+3/+5 to the stats
If so then the LMPack is like *WOW* *AWESOME* for example MasterRiflemans
Anyone???

The second number isn't the amount of skill enhancement, it's the total amount of your skill bonus. The first number is without any enhancers, the second number includes them. It looks like it isn't giving you the general ranged aiming bonus. That's kind of odd.

It's not giving him the general ranged because that would bump it above 25 which is the max mod at this time.

Understandable, Redeye, but usually the extra bonus appears in the skill window anyway.
